دينغ غو تطبيق لأولياء الأمور، يحوّل رسائل المدرسة إلى مهام منظّمة لكل طفل. نجمع أقل ما يلزم لتشغيله فقط.

ما الذي نجمعه

• بريدك الإلكتروني: لتسجيل الدخول برمز يصلك عليه، فلا كلمات مرور. وإن دخلت بحساب Apple نستلم معرّفاً من Apple، وبريدك أو بريداً مخفياً تنشئه Apple إن اخترت ذلك.
• بيانات أطفالك التي تدخلها أنت: الاسم الأول، والصف والشعبة، و«ولد / بنت» إن اخترت (لصياغة النصوص فقط). لا نطلب تاريخ ميلاد الطفل ولا هاتفه ولا بريده ولا موقعه.
• رسائل المدرسة التي تختار مشاركتها مع التطبيق. إن شاركت صورة أو ملف PDF يُقرأ النص على جهازك، ولا يصلنا إلا النص. إلا إذا اخترت عند المشاركة «أرفق الصور كورقة عمل» (الخيار مطفأ في كل مرة)، فتصلنا الصور نفسها لتظهر في المهمة.
• أوراق العمل: الصور وملفات PDF التي ترفقها بمهمة (بالتصوير، أو من الصور، أو من الملفات، أو عند المشاركة). قبل الحفظ نحذف من الصور بيانات الموقع والكاميرا، على جهازك ثم على خادمنا أيضاً. تُحفظ في مخزن ملفات خاص غير متاح للعموم، ولا تُفتح إلا برابط مؤقت صالح 5 دقائق لك ولجهاز طفلك. لا نحلّل أوراق العمل ولا نرسلها إلى Anthropic.
• فيديوهات الشرح: روابط فيديوهات يوتيوب التي تضيفها لمهمة. نحفظ رقم الفيديو وعنوانه إن كتبته فقط.
• المهام والمواد: المهام المستخرجة أو التي تضيفها ومواعيدها، والمواد التي تضيفها أو تخفيها.
• رمز التنبيهات لجهازك (مشفّراً)، لنرسل لك التذكيرات.
• حالة اشتراكك كما تؤكدها Apple. لا نرى بيانات بطاقتك إطلاقاً.

ما يبقى على جهازك فقط ولا يصلنا أبداً

• صورة طفلك: مشفّرة على جهازك، دون بيانات الموقع، ولا تُنسخ إلى iCloud.
• الكتب المدرسية (ملفات PDF): تبقى على الجهاز الذي أضفتها عليه. وإرسالها لجهاز الطفل يتم مباشرة بين الجهازين عبر AirDrop، دون المرور بخوادمنا. قد تُضمَّن في نسخة iCloud الاحتياطية لجهازك حسب إعداداتك.
• عند عرض ورقة عمل على جهازك أو جهاز طفلك: تُعرض من الذاكرة فقط ولا تُحفظ على الجهاز، وتُمسح عند تسجيل الخروج.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

لتشغيل الخدمة فقط: استخراج المهام، وعرضها لك ولطفلك، والتذكير بها. لا نبيع البيانات، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نتتبعك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع، ولا نستخدم أي أداة إحصاء أو إعلانات من طرف ثالث.

الذكاء الاصطناعي (Anthropic)

نرسل نص رسالة المدرسة التي شاركتها إلى Anthropic، الشركة المطوّرة لنموذج Claude، لاستخراج المهام والمواعيد. قبل الإرسال نستبدل أسماء أطفالك برموز (S1، S2…) ونحذف أرقام الهواتف وعناوين البريد. ونرسل معها صف الطفل وأسماء مواده فقط. لا تستخدم Anthropic هذه البيانات لتدريب نماذجها، وتحذفها تلقائياً خلال 30 يوماً. ولا تحتفظ بها مدة أطول إلا إن رصدت أنظمتها مخالفة لسياسة الاستخدام، أو إن طلب القانون ذلك.

فيديوهات يوتيوب

حين يشغّل طفلك أو أنت فيديو شرح أضفته، يُحمَّل الفيديو من يوتيوب (Google) داخل التطبيق، في «وضع الخصوصية المحسّن» من يوتيوب (youtube-nocookie.com). يستلم يوتيوب حينها ما يستلمه أي موقع: عنوان IP للجهاز ونوعه، والفيديو الذي يُشاهَد، وتنطبق سياسة خصوصية Google على ذلك. لا نرسل إلى يوتيوب اسم طفلك ولا أي بيانات من حسابك. لا يُحمَّل شيء من يوتيوب إلا عند الضغط على فيديو، ولا يبقى على الجهاز شيء مما يخزّنه يوتيوب بعد إغلاق المشغّل. على جهاز الطفل لا يُفتح إلا الفيديو الذي اخترته، ويُغلق عند انتهائه، ولا يمكن الانتقال منه إلى يوتيوب. قد يعرض يوتيوب عند الإيقاف المؤقت اقتراحات لفيديوهات أخرى داخل المشغّل؛ لا نستطيع منع ذلك، ولا يمكن فتحها من التطبيق.

جهات أخرى تعالج البيانات نيابة عنا

• Railway: استضافة الخادم وقاعدة البيانات ومخزن أوراق العمل، في أوروبا.
• Resend: إرسال رمز الدخول إلى بريدك.
• Apple: تسجيل الدخول بحساب Apple، والاشتراكات والدفع، وتوصيل التنبيهات (يمر نص التنبيه عبر Apple).
• Google (يوتيوب): تشغيل فيديوهات الشرح فقط، عند الضغط على فيديو.

قد تُعالج بعض هذه البيانات خارج دولة الإمارات (منها أوروبا والولايات المتحدة)، لدى مزوّدين ملتزمين بحمايتها.

مدة الاحتفاظ

• نص رسالة المدرسة: 30 يوماً بعد تحليلها ثم يُحذف. تبقى بصمة لا يمكن استرجاع النص منها، لمنع تكرار المهام.
• رموز الدخول ورموز ربط الأجهزة: 24 ساعة.
• التنبيهات داخل التطبيق: 90 يوماً.
• أوراق العمل: 30 يوماً بعد موعد المهمة (أو بعد رفعها إن لم يكن للمهمة موعد)، ثم تُحذف تلقائياً من المخزن. وتُحذف فوراً إن حذفت المهمة أو الورقة. والصور المرفقة عند المشاركة ولم تصبح مهمة: يومان.
• فيديوهات الشرح: مع المهمة؛ تُحذف حين تحذفها أو تحذف المهمة.
• المهام وملفات الأطفال وحسابك: حتى تحذفها أو تحذف حسابك.
• سجل الأمان (عمليات الدخول والحذف والاشتراك، دون محتوى رسائلك): سنة واحدة، ثم يُحذف تلقائياً.

الأطفال

دينغ غو موجّه لأولياء الأمور. الطفل لا ينشئ حساباً ولا يدخل بريداً. ولي الأمر يربط جهاز الطفل برمز QR، فيرى الطفل مهامه وكتبه وأوراق عمله وفيديوهات الشرح التي اختارها ولي الأمر فقط، ولا يصل إلى الاشتراك أو الإعدادات أو بيانات إخوته. يمكنك إلغاء ربط أي جهاز في أي وقت.

حذف الحساب وحقوقك

• احذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ⚙️ ← «حذف الحساب». تُلغى كل الجلسات فوراً.
• خلال ساعة تُمحى بيانات عائلتك كاملة: الأطفال والمهام والرسائل والأجهزة وأوراق العمل (من قاعدة البيانات ومن مخزن الملفات). وإن كان في العائلة ولي أمر آخر، تبقى العائلة له وتُحذف بياناتك أنت فقط.
• النسخ الاحتياطية: تحتفظ قاعدة البيانات بنسخ احتياطية للطوارئ، ونحتفظ أحياناً بنسخة على جهاز مشفّر لدى المطوّر قبل تحديث الخادم. كل هذه النسخ تُحذف تلقائياً خلال 35 يوماً كحد أقصى، فقد تبقى بياناتك فيها حتى ذلك الحين ثم تختفي.

الأمان

التشفير أثناء النقل، وعزل بيانات كل عائلة داخل قاعدة البيانات. رموز الدخول والجلسات تُحفظ عندنا كبصمات لا كنصوص، وبيانات الدخول على جهازك محفوظة في Keychain.

التغييرات

نُعلمك داخل التطبيق بأي تغيير جوهري قبل سريانه.

DING GOO is an app for parents that turns school messages into organised tasks for each child. We collect only the minimum needed to run it.

What we collect

• Your email address: to sign in with a code sent to it, so there are no passwords. If you sign in with Apple, we receive an identifier from Apple, and your email or a hidden email Apple creates if you choose that.
• Your children's details that you enter: first name, grade and class, and "boy / girl" if you choose (only to word the texts). We do not ask for a child's date of birth, phone, email or location.
• School messages you choose to share with the app. If you share a photo or a PDF, the text is read on your device and only the text reaches us. Unless you choose "Attach the photos as a worksheet" when sharing (the option is off every time), in which case the photos themselves reach us so they appear in the task.
• Worksheets: photos and PDF files you attach to a task (by taking a photo, from Photos, from Files, or when sharing). Before saving, we remove location and camera data from photos, on your device and then on our server too. They are kept in a private file store that is not public, and open only through a temporary link valid for 5 minutes, for you and your child's device. We do not analyse worksheets and do not send them to Anthropic.
• Explanation videos: links to YouTube videos you add to a task. We keep only the video number and its title if you wrote one.
• Tasks and subjects: the tasks extracted or that you add, their dates, and the subjects you add or hide.
• The notification token for your device (encrypted), to send you reminders.
• Your subscription status as confirmed by Apple. We never see your card details.

What stays on your device only and never reaches us

• Your child's photo: encrypted on your device, without location data, and not copied to iCloud.
• Textbooks (PDF files): they stay on the device you added them to. Sending them to your child's device happens directly between the two devices over AirDrop, without passing through our servers. They may be included in your device's iCloud backup, depending on your settings.
• When a worksheet is shown on your device or your child's: it is shown from memory only, not saved on the device, and cleared when you sign out.

How we use the data

Only to run the service: extracting tasks, showing them to you and your child, and reminding you of them. We do not sell data, do not show ads, do not track you across apps or websites, and do not use any third-party analytics or advertising tools.

Artificial intelligence (Anthropic)

We send the text of a school message you shared to Anthropic, the company that develops the Claude model, to extract tasks and dates. Before sending, we replace your children's names with codes (S1, S2…) and remove phone numbers and email addresses. We send with it only the child's grade and the names of their subjects. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models and deletes it automatically within 30 days. It keeps it longer only if its systems detect a breach of its usage policy, or if the law requires it.

YouTube videos

When your child or you play an explanation video you added, the video loads from YouTube (Google) inside the app, in YouTube's "privacy-enhanced mode" (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube then receives what any website receives: the device's IP address and type, and the video being watched, and Google's privacy policy applies to that. We do not send YouTube your child's name or any data from your account. Nothing loads from YouTube until a video is tapped, and nothing YouTube stores stays on the device after the player closes. On a child's device only the video you chose opens, it closes when it ends, and it cannot lead on to YouTube. When paused, YouTube may show suggestions for other videos inside the player; we cannot prevent that, and they cannot be opened from the app.

Others who process data on our behalf

• Railway: hosting the server, the database and the worksheet store, in Europe.
• Resend: sending the sign-in code to your email.
• Apple: Sign in with Apple, subscriptions and payment, and delivering notifications (the notification text passes through Apple).
• Google (YouTube): playing explanation videos only, when a video is tapped.

Some of this data may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates (including Europe and the United States), by providers committed to protecting it.

How long we keep data

• The text of a school message: 30 days after it is analysed, then deleted. A fingerprint from which the text cannot be recovered remains, to prevent duplicate tasks.
• Sign-in codes and device-linking codes: 24 hours.
• In-app notifications: 90 days.
• Worksheets: 30 days after the task's due date (or after upload if the task has no date), then deleted automatically from the store. They are deleted immediately if you delete the task or the worksheet. Photos attached when sharing that did not become a task: two days.
• Explanation videos: with the task; deleted when you delete them or the task.
• Tasks, children's profiles and your account: until you delete them or delete your account.
• The security log (sign-ins, deletions and subscriptions, without the content of your messages): one year, then deleted automatically.

Children

DING GOO is aimed at parents. A child does not create an account or enter an email. The parent links the child's device with a QR code, and the child then sees only their own tasks, books, worksheets and the explanation videos the parent chose, with no access to the subscription, the settings or their siblings' data. You can unlink any device at any time.

Deleting your account and your rights

• Delete your account inside the app: Settings ⚙️ → "Delete account". All sessions are cancelled immediately.
• Within one hour your family's data is erased completely: children, tasks, messages, devices and worksheets (from the database and from the file store). If the family has another parent, the family stays with them and only your own data is deleted.
• Backups: the database keeps emergency backups, and we sometimes keep a copy on an encrypted device held by the developer before a server update. All these copies are deleted automatically within 35 days at most, so your data may remain in them until then and then disappear.
• You may ask for a copy of your data or for it to be corrected at support@dinggoo.app.

Security

Encryption in transit, and each family's data kept apart inside the database. Sign-in codes and sessions are stored on our side as fingerprints, not as text, and the sign-in details on your device are kept in the Keychain.

Changes

We will let you know inside the app about any material change before it takes effect.
